My love for health and fitness began at an early early. As a Junior Olympian in gymnastics, being in the gym was my life. However, when college hit, so did the freshman 15. I was lost in the fitness world when I didn’t have someone telling me what to eat and how much to workout. The next eight years were a bit of a roller coaster. I battled an unhealthy relationship with food and working out. I had high highs and low lows. Days that I wouldn’t eat at all and days that I ate everything in sight. Finally, I found a healthy balance. I lost 30 pounds and began taking care of myself from the inside out.

Now that I am on the other side of this crazy journey, my heart is to help others get to the same place. This inspired me to make a career out of exercise, nutrition, and helping others. And when I became pregnant, my love for health and fitness escalated quickly. I wanted to take things a step further by specializing in PRENATAL and POSTPARTUM FITNESS. I wanted to make sure I was taking care of myself and my baby through the whole season. Now I want to help others in this season of life as well.

I started my career at the top rated personal training gym in the South Bay (Los Angeles, CA). While there, I’ve helped over 75 clients on their health and fitness journeys. I learned and grew so much as a trainer, but my family became second to my career. That is when Kristin Rene Fitness was created. I could help even more people from the comfort of their own home (all over the world).
