This program is created like the training regimens my in-person clients do, but allows you to pick the time and place for each workout.

  • My one-on-one personal training sessions are designed to take away the obstacles and make your experience convenient and fun while still achieving your health goals. I provide the expertise. You provide the positive attitude and motivation. Together we will reach your health and fitness goals!
  • Every session (no matter in-person or virtual) is customized to your specific goals, fitness levels, health history, and more.
  • In person training takes place in my home (or sometimes outside on a pretty day)! You will have access to all my equipment which can enhance each workout. My home and equipment are sanitized for the safety of everyone involved!
  • Virtual Training is perfect for a busy schedule!! We set up a time that works for both of us and then I will train you LIVE (via Zoom). This means you get the same great workouts and accountability but out of the comfort and safety of your own home (which can cut down commute time or childcare costs). You will provide the equipment. I will still provide custom workouts to fit your personal goals.
